No. All levels of fitness are welcome. Throughout the retreat you will start from where you are and focus on building up your strength and fitness levels.
The retreat will start on Sunday the 6th October with an 'opening circle' on Day 1 at 5pm.
Check in is anytime from 2pm.
If your flight arrives earlier, just let us know and we can arrange an early check in for you.
The retreat will officially end Day 21, Saturday the 26th October after breakfast at 10am.
On Day 20, there will be a 'closing circle' in the morning and lunch out at a beautiful spa. We will spend the afternoon relaxing at a luxurious spa, where there is a sauna, steam room and a hot/cold plunge pool.
Our last dinner will be out at a lovely restaurant. Then we will head back to the resort, so that you have plenty of time to pack and get ready to leave.
Check out is 11am on Saturday 26th October. If your flight leaves earlier, just let us know and we can arrange a late check out for you. If you need to stay on for an extra day(s), that is also possible.
